Q: Do your prints come ready-to-hang?
A: Yes, all our canvas prints are professionally stretched on solid wooden frames. With the build in metal hooks, Hanging couldn't be easier; each canvas print can be hung by the top edge using either a nail or a picture hook.

Q: What are your measurements quoted in?
A: All sizes are quoted in centimetres and inches, as is standard in canvas framing.

Q: Are your products bought in from elsewhere to sell?
A: No, all our products are made to order by our highly experienced team.

QAre the measurements for multi-panel canvases for the whole set or each panel?
A:All stated dimensions refer to each panel in the set. The total span of the set can be found by adding the widths together. You should also take into account the gap between each panel.

Q: Do you use cheaper materials than other companies?
A: Absolutely not. Make no mistake, our canvas prints are superb quality. We regularly research the quality of other products available on the market, and we rarely find canvas art made to a higher specification than our own. Our keen prices are simply a reflection of our efficient processes and our mature relationships with suppliers. We've been doing this since 2001!

Q: How can I make sure if my photo is good on canvas?
A: For the best printing results, We recommend uploading an image greater than 1MB, and the resolution 2400 x 3600 pixel or higher, the higher the better. Contact us if you are unsure about the quality or size of your image and we’ll check it for your for free.

Q: How do I transfer a physical photo?
A: If you are starting with a physical photograph, please scan your image into a scanner at 300dpi resolution for best results.

Q: How do I get my photo from my camera to the computer?
A: Most digital cameras are sold with a connecting cable and software enabling you to automatically extract the photos from your camera. Typically, the images are then saved to "My Pictures" folder (PC) or "Pictures" folder (Mac).

Q: What is the best file format to send my photos?
A: Currently we accept digital photos in all formats: JPG, TIFF, etc.

Q: What is the recommended resolution for the image I send?
A: The resolution quality from most modern digital cameras is extremely suitable for digital reproduction.


Q: What if my photo has red eye?
A: Please remove the red eye from the photo before uploading as we will be printing your image in the same way we receive it. However, if the red eye is particularly poor, you may that applying using a black & white filter prior to uploading provides a good compromise result.

Q: Can I use a professional photograph?
A: Yes, although as part of our Terms we require all customers to confirm that they have permission to reprint any images they provide.

Q: What if my photo is an unusual size or shape?
A: If your photo is an unconventional size then this is not a problem. All photos can be cropped to fit any size and the paper or canvas will be cut to fit the image perfectly.

Q: For how long will my image be stored?
A: If you order an image, we will store your image file for a maximum of 12 weeks. After this period, we will delete your file.

Q: Will photo canvas print be the same as the image I see online?
A: Yes, products will have the same scale and proportion as presented on screen. And if, for whatever reason, your image will not work on the product you've ordered, we will get in touch and work through some suggested alternatives with you.

Q: Do you use branded packaging?
A: All our packaging and paperwork is entirely brand-free. So if you are a canvas reseller or trade customer, you can have your order shipped directly to your end-customer just by entering your customer's details as the delivery address.
